Booking fee — what changes, and when. Buck's booking fee is ฿0 until 13 October 2026. From 14 October 2026 it is 6% of the carrier's rate (minimum ฿125, maximum ฿1,250 per container) — half price for the first three months. From 13 January 2027 the standard fee applies: 12% of the carrier's rate (minimum ฿250, maximum ฿2,500 per container). The fee is paid by the shipper on top of the carrier's rate; the carrier always receives their rate in full. You arrange and pay the transport charge directly with your carrier — Buck does not collect, hold or handle that money.

Common questions
How do I sign in? Tap "Sign in with Apple" or "Continue with LINE" on the welcome screen, then choose your role (shipper or provider).
How do I post a freight job? As a shipper, open "Post a Job", enter your pickup and drop-off, container type and count, and your price.
How do I accept jobs? As a provider, register a truck under your Account, then browse and accept available jobs near you.
When and how do I pay? You make two payments: the transport charge you pay your carrier directly (to the carrier's own PromptPay QR or bank account, whichever they publish), and Buck's booking fee you pay Buck (bank transfer to Buck's own account — the details are shown on the payment screen; attach your transfer slip in the app to confirm). Payment is due when the truck reaches your pickup point; cargo is loaded once it is confirmed. Buck does not use a payment gateway and never asks for card details.
What if I cancel? Cancelling before the truck sets off is free, and Buck's booking fee is refunded. After dispatch, your carrier may be owed compensation for the wasted trip (truck-ordered-not-used plus distance driven); because you pay the carrier directly, that is arranged with the carrier. Full terms: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do refunds work? Buck refunds its booking fee as Buck credit — spendable on your next job, or withdrawable to your bank account (1–3 business days, no fee, no minimum) from the "Buck Credit" screen. Refunds of the transport charge are arranged directly with your carrier, since you pay them directly.
How do I delete my account? Go to the Account tab and tap "Delete account" at the bottom. We erase your personal identifiers and close the account; records of bookings and payments are kept in anonymised form where the law requires. See the Privacy Policy.
